Individuals

In addition to working with individuals that are in job transition, almost 50% of the clients we serve are currently employed and seeking to proactively plan their career path with the help of our Career Management Team. Services offered include:

Hourly Consulting Services: $75/half hour or $150/hour. Designed for individuals who have a career plan in place and are in need specific support in key areas. All sessions can be conducted in-person, via telephone or SKYPE and we have a reputation of being able to deliver quality services regardless of location!

"Get-A-Job-Plan" Package:  This package provides excellent value and is the best way to quickly develop a focused job search strategy and implementation plan. Package participants will receive three individual sessions to complete an overview of personal direction, strengths & branding strategy, definition of ideal job attributes & corresponding paths, interviewing skills and networking strategy. Based on the work completed, each individual's marketing materials (i.e. resume, cover letter and networking e-mails) are reviewed and revised for alignment. Your 3 intense one hour sessions will be scheduled 5-10 days apart to give you time to incorporate the previous session and prepare for the next. Client surveys indicate that the "Get-A-Job-Plan" has been instrumental in increasing the focus and momentum of a job search. Package cost is $329/per person and includes access to free weekly office hours for ongoing support for "Get-A-Job-Plan" participants.

Additional Services for "Get-A-Job-Plan" Package Participants:

Advanced Resume Support: For individuals who need to develop a resume or significantly revise their current version - $50/half hour (note reduced rate as a current CI Client)

Advanced Plan Implementation Support: $20/month provides access to Career Management Consultant outside of standard office hours up to 1-hour per month via telephone. (Note reduced rate as a current CI Client)

All charges can be paid via check, credit card or Career Investments gift certificate.

Corporate:

"Keys-to-Career-Management" Package: This professional development program is designed to provide Associates at all levels within your organization frameworks for maximizing their current role and future contributions to your organization. Participants will complete two individual sessions to complete an overview of personal direction, strengths & branding strategy. Additionally, individuals will develop a 90-day plan that can be updated quarterly either on their own or with a Career Management Consultant that aligns personal and professional goals to their current role and future aspirations. The first session is a 2-hour working session followed by another 1-hour session within 7-10 days to complete the package.

Additional Services for "Keys-to-Career-Management" Package Participants:

Quarterly Personal and Professional Goal Alignment Plan Review: $200/quarter for two 1-hour sessions every 90 days after completion of the package; $700/annual fee; (Note reduced hourly rate as a current CI Client)

Corporate Downsizing or Relocations: Cost-effective, responsive and fully customized services are delivered to your Associates to support them throughout as they transition after the loss of a job. For information about our services and references please contact us directly at: 317-496-8475.
